I also believe children should have more freedoms but it’s too hard when everything around them limits them and us as parents. I believe children are hungry to know the world and I believe their curiosity is a beautiful thing. One of the reasons I love the idea of unschooling is because it pushes us to believe in the power of the mind and believe that learning occurs in everything that today’s education system seems to overlook. If I was a kid I would love to take things apart and try to put them back together. So much to learn from such simple things, subhana’Allah.
